Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Utility equipment and system daily operation, include GMP and Non-GMP facilities.

  • To coordinate and collaborate with vendors regarding the Utility/Facility maintenance and repairs activities, ensure utility supply stable and effectively to meet plant and production requirements.

  • Responsible for the instrument calibration and compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for EMS system maintenance and monitor the temperature of warehouse area.

  • Responsible for the management and filing of factory-related documents and records.

  • Responsible for working with government and property management company in utility related matters.

  • Support the development and C&Q of new facilities/project in the site.

  • To support office-related facility management and contractor management.

  • Support the related EHS activities as required.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Education: College Diploma, Mechanical and electrical is preferred. Vocational diploma will be considered if with satisfactory working experience.

  • Years of Experience: Working within and maintenance of GMP working environments. Facility, utility and equipment management. Be familiar with utility systems, including HVAC, water, power system, etc

  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge and skills of mechanical and electric equipment.

  • Competency: Good communication skills. Basic written English. Good command of computer skills (MS Office).

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 3-4 years or above of working experience.

  • Teamwork spirit

  • Special equipment certificate is prefferred
