  1. Be in charge of key account management to deliver high-quality service and achieve the good business result;

  2. Be responsible for the benefits consultant business and achieve the yearly financial target;

  3. Make the yearly plan & budget for the key accounts and support the project team to achieve or exceed the budget;

  4. Lead and coordinate project members to problem-solve solutions for key accounts, at the same time actively participating in project members' knowledge and skills development;

  5. Act as the brainpower of the whole team to drive or supervise other colleagues to follow excellence model to optimize the connection with existing clients and win new logos;

  6. Support and work closely with leaders at team talent building, act as the role model for junior colleagues (identifies and retains current and new talent, mentors and shares intellectual capital);

  7. Make sure the Company policy, Business requirements, Broker guidelines, and Business System implementation are embedded accordingly among project members.

  8. 8+ years of working experience in the insurance industry or benefits consultant area

  9. Bachelor’s degree or above

3.Rich experience at jumble client management

  1. Professional insurance qualification and Sound knowledge in insurance products

  2. Familiar with major H&B products and solutions in the market

  3. Familiar with legislation, procedures, and operations of business organizations

  4. Proficient in computer skills

  5. Excellent project management skills

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior executives from different cultural background

  7. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

  8. Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets

  9. Fluent in English
