Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Edwards China territory, process and requirements for growth – includes but not limited to commercial pipeline and quoting, large project support, certification and training, S&OP and Product Roadmap.

  • Responsible for Internal Sales

  • Define, implement and execute customer and business development strategies

Role Purpose:

  • Be a self-directed, goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated his/her ability to work independently and efficiently.

  • Ability to understand, communicate, and provide support to Edwards Global Sales Leader with intercompany negotiations for pricing, resources, and priorities

  • Requires high level of travel to China / N. Asia locations

  • Can translate multiple customer / regional requirements through the various internal processes and functions of Edwards HQS

  • creation of proposals for new business including the validation of business case, alignment with customer and product strategies and assurance of technical capability.

  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to understand contractual, legal language

  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal communication as well as ability to listen to an international audience. Includes ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.

  • Play a key role in the sales profits and international strategy of the company

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be located in the China region.

  • This is a remote location position
