In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Production safety

According to the company's production safety rules and regulations and national safety laws and regulations, identify the source of danger, formulate improvement measures and control methods, train production line operators on safety knowledge, and ensure the safety of production activities. Implement safety culture.

• Production support

1) Translate and compile production process documents, train and guide the production line to strictly follow the production process to carry out production activities.

2) Timely respond to production process problems and improvement suggestions (related to process, equipment, quality, etc.), solve problems or implement improvement activities.

3) Regularly analyze production line capacity, optimize and adjust production lines, and improve production efficiency.

4) Have basic Oracle system knowledge and be able to solve common system problems

• Quality control

1) According to the company's product quality requirements and standards, train, assess and certify operators, implement process inspections to discover and improve non-conforming operations

2) Analyze and handle defective products on the production line, analyze the causes of problems, implement improvement activities, and improve product quality.

3) Use lean and 6 sigma tools to organize business units for continuous improvement. Improve product quality, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.

4) Establish and improve early warning mechanisms, collect and analyze production data, and implement and track improvement measures.

• Global consistency

Communicate technically with global engineers, improve equipment and organize project implementation. Ensure global consistency of processes, equipment and production processes. Organize or participate in global consistency reviews and be responsible for the implementation of local improvement measures.

• Projects

1) Evaluate the benefits and resource input of improvement projects, organize resources or participate in project implementation according to priority.

2) Certification and implementation of process improvements;

3) Review and certification of new production lines and new materials.

4) Organize and coordinate the equipment department to improve the process requirements for new equipment construction and transformation, and implement pre-production certification of equipment.

• Sustainable development

1) Monitor energy consumption in the production process, identify anomalies, implement improvement activities, and continuously reduce energy consumption.

2) Identify energy-saving and consumption-reduction opportunities in daily operations and production processes.

3) Follow the requirements of the energy management system and support relevant reviews.

4) Implement sustainable culture

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor or Master's degree or graduates graduated within one year

• Major requirements: Control science and engineering (automation, artificial intelligence), mechanical related majors

• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Applicants who are proficient in using Excel, Power BI, and other office software or data analysis tools will be given priority.

Applicants with LEAN, 6 Sigma, data analysis skills, and project experience in automated digitalization will be given priority
