Job Description Summary

The Lead Program Integrator – Lifecycle is responsible to drive CSO and quality projects initiative and execution. The LPI will ensure necessary technical expertise and resource are allocated to customer escalations and drive quick resolution. In additionally the LPI identify customer experience enhancement and product quality improvement opportunities, drive initiative projects.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively work with region team and modality engineering cross function team to solve MR customer escalations with a time manner. Provide onsite technical support when necessary.

  • Interface with service team for product feedback and service info communication.

  • Lead CSOs investigation and resolution as engineering representative of assigned region and product.

  • Identify common customer complaints and drive initiative project to enhance customer experience improvement and product quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field.

  • Strong problem-solving skill to deep dive the data for a solution.

  • Effective communication skill with ability to explain complex technical issues.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

  • Customer orientated, self-motivate, learn quickly and adapt new knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field.

  • Prior experience in MR system service, design or technical support.

  • Proven experience in quality and project management.
