  • 参与本省区营销战役设计,制定所在城市群的区域销售和市场开发计划,完成预定销售目标,促进业务增长,持续优化提升业务质量。

  • 负责所在城市群中渠道网络的的开发和管理。利用数字化工具管理和培养城市群区域中的核心县级经销商,促进产品分销。

  • 负责城市群区域中重要星伙伴门店管理,组织推进相关销售活动。高效完成门店拜访计划,跟进进销存状态,落实产品组合方案,提高零售商网络覆盖,提升门店业绩。

  • 通过数字化工具协调指导业务代表开展销售活动服务,使该区域的销售计划和推广支持计划在零售和农户端得以顺利开展并落地执行。

Qualifications

  • 本科及以上学历,植物保护等相关专业,三年以上相关销售经验。

  • 具有良好的业务规划能力,能统筹并执行销售策略。

  • 能够与经销商,零售店建立有影响力的合作关系,落实销售活动。

  • 具有优秀的市场及客户开发能力。

  • 有良好的团队管理经验,持续提高团队的凝聚力和执行力。

  • 熟练掌握公司数字化工具,能够以创新赋能业务管理。

  • 具有良好的沟通及协调能力。
