Google Business Program Manager, Google Cloud, gReach Program for People with Disabilities in Beijing, China

This role is exclusively for People with Disabilities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in program or project management, sales, operations, or analysis.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership in technical, developer, or business communities.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker.

  • Understanding of business operations terms and cloud computing terminology.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and a complex environment.

  • Excellent data analysis skills.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Devices and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.

As an Associate Program Manager for Market HR in the gReach Program, you will focus on the effective running of programs, process optimization, and data analysis. You will work across a broad range of topics within Market HR.

  • Analyze and develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.

  • Share best practices with other regional/global Google Sales Operations teams.
