Our business unit Regional Solutions & Services is a global solution and service business unit going beyond buildings and unifies efforts to increase innovation and speed to capture market opportunities. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Bus iness Administrator to reinforce our fantastic team.

What will you be doing?

Your main responsibilities will be handling administrative activities for the sales department and manag ing consortium activities (= companies jointly shared by Siemens and external partners).

After the initial trainings, you will:

  • Ensure quality in all (sales) documents shared with customers.

  • Handle end - to - end consortium administrative tasks (purchase order, invoicing, payments, vat declarations …).

  • Support the sales department and maintain a good relationship to ensurequality business growth.

  • Ensure internal sales process es are respected .

  • Pl ay a key role in the execution phase once thecustomer agreed to work with us.Therefore, you will make sure consortiumsare running efficiently. This entails that you will have to h andle invoices , purchase orders , f ollow - up on payments and provide offers to customers and suppliers.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally, you hold a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

  • You have an administrative profile , with some basics in accounting / finance and you have a business-oriented mindset .

  • Your assertiveness and excellent communication skills will be key inincreasing customer satisfaction andfacilitatingthe relationships internally and externally.

  • You have a critical mindset which allows you to evaluate the existing processes and propose efficiencies.

  • You are well organized , precise , and you ensure top-level quality in all the documents you treat.

  • Your ideas count from day one, so you will be encouraged to propose and design solutions .

  • Previous experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Exact …) is a plus.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and French (mandatory).
