Position Summary:

Serve as primary liaison with Trust Administration and SEI and current clients and Provide Trust Administrative Support

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Daily Overdraft Report. Bring to the attention of the client team any overdrafts, and or excess liquidity concerns

  • Monitor Daily PAS reporting: Bring to the attention of management team and SEI any reporting issues surrounding the reporting for directed trusts

  • Assist in the Preparation of Discretionary Requests

  • Assist in the Establishment of New Accounts. Prepare KYC, Account Opening Documentation, and Client Profile. Establish new accounts on SEI system

  • Test security system on a monthly basis and submit report

  • Special Projects and Duties as Assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School and College Diploma Required

  • Ability to read, write and speak English Clearly

  • Ability to operate on SEI platform, Trust 3000, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with customers and personnel of other departments

  • Knowledge of own department’s operations, polices, and procedures

  • Must be an organized, independent, and detail minded individual

  • Minimum three years’ experience in Trust Administration

Nonessential Skills and Experience:

  • Serve as a backup for other job functions

  • Maintain a Neat and orderly work area
