Supervisor - Lead Recovery Coordinator
Bedford, MA
The Edinburg Center is seeking Lead Recovery Coordinator within our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) services group.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons’ treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff. Maintains a caseload of Persons Served who live in independent settings. Provides supervision of Recovery Coordinators. Responsible for other administrative duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
Master’s degree in relevant clinical field and license eligible preferred with experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders required.
OR
BA/BS with four years of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders required.
Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery oriented services to Persons Served with major mental illness preferred. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required
