CTTX Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of our pharmacy department.

You will work closely with healthcare providers, nurses, and other pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care and medication management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance medication safety.

Requirements

  • PharmD degree
