Nike Senior Manager, Equity Delivery Solutions in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Equity Delivery Solutions who will lead a team responsible for the operational administration of NIKE’s global equity programs. This role oversees day-to-day and the end-to-end operations of stock plan administration, working closely with our Total Rewards Community of Expertise (COE), Compensation Global Process Owner (GPO), and external stakeholders to deliver equity compensation strategies and plans. Additionally, this role ensures accurate and timely execution of all equity transactions while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance across NIKE’s global footprint.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

  • Lead the Equity Delivery Solutions team, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development to drive high performance.

  • Own end-to-end administration of the NIKE’s equity compensation plans globally, including stock options, restricted stock units, performance shares, and the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) program.

  • Partner with the Total Rewards COE and Compensation GPO to effectively operationalize new equity compensation plan designs and changes to existing plans.

  • Manage all transaction and reconciliation processing related to equity grants, exercises, releases, taxes, and reporting.

  • Develop, document, and implement operational processes and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across NIKE’s global footprint; responsible for working with internal and external auditors on routine audits and SOX controls.

  • Analyze data and provide reporting/metrics to advise decision making and continuous process improvements.

  • Support development and delivery of communications, readiness and training related to equity compensation processes for NIKE teammates, globally.

  • Deliver service excellence to raised inquiries and issues concerning equity programs, in partnership with HR contact center.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

This individual is a key member of our Global Process Delivery Team reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Process Delivery. They will partner with Vendors and Regional Process Delivery teammates in the delivery of stock programs and processes. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders in the Total Rewards COE, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR teams for programs and solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

Required:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs

  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in equity compensation operations; experience working with a global, large-scale organization a plus

  • Expert knowledge of equity compensation administration, taxation, and legal/regulatory compliance

  • Proven leadership experience leading a team of professionals

  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large data sets

  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality/accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with HR, equity compensation and data analysis systems/tools.

Preferred:

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow and Workday is preferred.

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred.
