What you bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred

  • At least 9 years of professional experience within Business, IT, or equivalent

  • At least 6 years of portfolio and program management leadership roles, directly managing a team

  • Strong ability to translate strategy to execution, to build alignment and tackle problems across teams and functions, and influence successful outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience leading and applying Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated experience driving an outcome-based (ideally OKR oriented) portfolio

  • Highly analytical with ability to utilize processes and insights that drive fact-based decision making

  • Experience leading in a matrixed work environment with a high degree of ambiguity

  • In-depth understanding of business cases, financial management and capacity management

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a top-tier Portfolio Management leader to run the Consumer Creation Operations (CCO) Portfolio. The ideal candidate brings exceptional portfolio management and team leadership experience to actively drive the overall strategy and execution of the CCO portfolio. This Director needs to have deep level of expertise leading sophisticated and cross functional programs and partnering with business and technology leaders and partners. You will demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, an ability to foster positive relationships at leadership and team levels, and strong expertise in driving clarity and alignment cross functionally to achieve shared organizational objectives.

What you will work on

You will lead outstanding portfolio management practices, standards, tools, and processes, enabling delivery of CCO operational initiatives and Digital Product Creation (DPC) capabilities. You will implement and mature the portfolio planning and governance cadence to ensure the portfolio is delivering value toward Nike and Consumer Creation strategic priorities. Working with the CCO Leadership Team and our enterprise partners (i.e. Global Tech), you will support the development and management of business cases, integrated roadmaps and value measurements across all workstreams and capabilities. You will own inbound corporate reporting requests, portfolio level intake, planning and prioritization. In addition, you will lead, develop and mentor portfolio and program management team members assigned!

Who you will work with

This role reports to the Senior Director of CCO Portfolio & DPC Experience, and manages the Director of Portfolio Integration, Portfolio Manager and other Program Management resources as assigned. The role will engage and align with CCO Leadership and other partners across the enterprise.
