KBR Junior Radar Signals Processing Engineer in Beavercreek Township, Ohio

Title:

Junior Radar Signals Processing Engineer

KBR is seeking a top secret cleared Junior Radar Signal Processing Engineer onsite in Dayton, OH to perform algorithms development and prototyping of new tools to solve complex problems with the exploitation of data from remote sensors. The candidate will be familiar with the sound system engineering development cycle and able to help develop requirements through the testing and evaluation of the newly developed techniques.

Requirements:

  • Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance

  • 0-4 years engineering experience

  • Experience using Python and extensive MATLAB experience

  • Strong technical writing and briefing skills

  • Experience in prototyping algorithms to process large amounts of data and testing using real data to evaluate and document the results

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in areas of mono/bi/multi-static radar, electronic warfare (EW), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and automatic target recognition (ATR).

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing machine learning techniques for radar signals

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly Desired

  • Experience or familiarity with X-Midas

  • MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics

    Educational Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Physics
