Linquest Corporation Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) in Beavercreek, Ohio

Description

LinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in the Dayton, OH area. An active Secret clearance is required and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance desired. Successful applicants should be adept at breaking complex problems into manageable elements and identifying possible solutions for each.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with small teams of analysts to conduct analytic efforts for the DoD

  • Understand customer requirements, adjust analytical efforts to meet those requirements, and effectively communicate results

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical degree requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics to include calculus

  • Experience in research and analysis as well as application of operations research techniques

  • 3 years or more analytic experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • An active Secret clearance is required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Utilization of applied mathematics to generate defendable, quantitative analysis.

  • SAS

  • SPSS

  • Java

  • Tableau

  • R

  • Python

  • MS Office & VBA

  • Experience within the DoD or as a Defense Contractor working as an analyst
