STAFFING NETWORK Quality Assurance Technician in BEAVER DAM, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: - Perform quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate measurements - Conduct quality audits to identify any deviations from established procedures and protocols - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Monitor adherence to FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality management systems - Document all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues - Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment - Strong knowledge of quality systems, including quality control methodologies and techniques - Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and other tools for quality testing - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from specifications - Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and interpretation - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: stacy.carmona@staffingnetwork.com Apply Online: www.staffingnetwork.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
