CITY OF BEATRICE Seasonal Laborer - Public Properties in Beatrice, Nebraska

The City of Beatrice is accepting applications for a part-time Seasonal Laborer positionin the Public Properties Department for the 2024 Season.Starting wage range is $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. Will work 40 hours per week, which will vary and be scheduledand could include some weekend and holiday hours.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be eighteen (18) years of age, with a valid driver's license, in order to operate power equipment and motor vehicles. High school diploma or GED required. Experience preferred. Must be able to perform manual labor, be in good physical health, and able to withstand all types of weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintaining public grounds and facilities; Pulling weeds; Working on equipment; Trash pickup; and Cleaning of public restrooms at all publicfacilities within Beatrice.
