What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Product/Process Integrity: monitoring and inspecting product to assure it meets expectations and acting upon non-conformities. Ensure that evaluation methods are current, necessary, and effective.

· Execution of, and improvements to, the CSC Quality Management System. This includes responsibility for all Operating procedures, internal/external audits, training, and record keeping.

· Expert knowledge of lean, process improvement and quality management tools.

· Organize, prioritize and execute manufacturing activities, including process and cleaning validation.

· Develop and execute/coordinate execution of protocols to support manufacturing process development and manufacturing equipment trials.

· Lead projects such as; new equipment design and procurement, technology transfer, process design and optimization, scale-up activities, process and cleaning validations

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelors degree in Engineering

Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Preferred

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • QA, ISO, LEAN, SPC, 5-why experience; a plus

· Engineering Degree; a plus

· Customer focused mindset

· Proven hands-on shop floor experience

· Good work record; Strong work ethic

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in teams

· Experience in a high volume fast paced environment

· 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Supply Chain environment, preferably with line management experience (team lead/group lead).

· 3+ years' experience coaching, deploying and applying lean in Manufacturing and/or Logistics environment.

· Excellent knowledge of validation principles including commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQs, Process validation, Cleaning validation and Computer Related Systems validation
