Collins Aerospace is seeking a High Band Senior Entry Sensor Manager to manage our SIGINT operations team at the West Coast Hub. This position is a technical role that will support our USAF customer mission schedule in performance of operations and maintenance functions across the Air Force Distributive Common Ground System (AF DCGS). The selected individual will work 100% on our customer's site at Beale AFB, CA. This job requires a candidate that can support a shift schedule with the ability flex days and hours to support our customer's mission schedule. This requisition is open to candidates willing to work with a diverse, experienced team supporting DGS-2 and West Coast Hub Systems located at Beale AFB, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technical SIGINT Lead point of contact for our DGS-2/Beale AFB (USAF customer) and contractor interactions

  • Manages/supports HBS software and processes.

  • Provides system administration for GCP (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE) SW

  • Maintains all HBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems.

  • Provides HBS technical and engineering SW support and responds to HBS Incident tickets.

  • Performs system administration support to the PCPAD process.

  • Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for HBS SW/systems.

  • associated with ground components.

  • Supports SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for the

  • system/sensors and associated SIGINT End-to-End network paths

  • Provides HBS process and data link improvements/recommendations.

  • Supports data encryption changes and implementation.

  • Supports SIGINT post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides OJT to

  • AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint.

  • Pre-mission responsibilities

  • Supports SRM or MT for HBS readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link

  • Supports HBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.)

  • Mission execution responsibilities

  • Provides HBS real-time assistance/support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users

  • Collects HBS information for the mission debrief

    Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Security+ or higher DoD 8570 certification is required. CISSP is preferred.

  • Experience with military SIGINT domains across various platforms.

  • Expert knowledge in at least one domain SIGINT with experience as a discipline lead.

  • Prior experience building and facilitating effective teams working across shifts.

  • Proven track record interfacing with military leadership specifically senior military leadership 0-6/E-9 level & above

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

  • Active and transferable DoD TS/SCI Clearance is required prior to start date

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
