Advanced Services Technician

HMT has an immediate opening for an Advanced Services Technician local to the Beaumont, TX area. Join our team and be recognized for your work in a great environment!

Mandatory requirements of all applicants

  • DISA certified (background, drug, alcohol)

  • TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Card)

  • State issued driver license with a clean driving record.

  • Self‐motivated with good written and verbal communication skills. Maintain a positive relationship between client, facility, and customer, and promote a positive attitude towards coworkers.

  • Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50lbs. willing and able to climb and/or work from ladders or scaffolding.

  • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, & Excel). Able to generate basic drawings / sketches.

  • High School diploma

Required Technical Qualifications for Advanced Services Technician

  • Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing Shear-wave (UTSW)

  • Level II certification in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), advanced training in TOFD / TFM

  • Level II certification in Magnetic Particle (MT)

  • Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant (PT)

All candidates are required to provide documentation of completed classroom training and OJT hours for each discipline.
