Worldwide supplier that designs and manufactures a wide range of cable assemblies and wires is hiring for a quality inspector for their manufacturing facility. Candidates with FAI, Incoming, inprocess and final inspection are encouraged to ! Responsibilities

  • Performs first article inspection, in process and final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures.

  • Documents all instances of rejected product or raw material problems in database.

  • Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimension

  • Follow and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to perform accurate inspection

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address any discrepancies between specifications and actual products

  • Ensure adherence to AS9001 and AS9102 standards in all quality control processes.

  • Inspects incoming raw materials as materials are received.

  • Reports any unusual discrepancies or problems promptly to management.
