Job Description

RWC, Inc., a global leader in the design and production of innovative manufacturing systems is accepting resumes for a Mechanical Assembly Leader.

Independently leads completion of the mechanical assembly of machines per RWC's and customer's specifications including final set-up. Communicates with Customers, Engineers, Program Managers and others during the course of the project. Coordinates and directs work of others while acting in a leadership role.

Essential Functions:

· Responsible for leading and coordinating a group in the mechanical assembly of one or more machines. May also lead and coordinate other disciplines when assigned including contractors.

· Operates all machinery associated with mechanically building and piping of equipment.

Additional Requirements

· Must possess and practice knowledge of basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to all applicable software that is required for the Company's operations in the machine build assembly process.

· Must possess knowledge and ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and fluid power drawings pertaining to the job.

· Must have proven leadership skills.

· Must be able to travel independently to and from customer's job sites to meet the customer's requirements.
