About the Role

As Manufacturing Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. If you have a strong background in CNC, CAD, CAM programming, mechanical knowledge, and experience with robotics, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products

  • Create and modify CAD drawings for tooling and fixtures

  • Program CAM software for CNC machines

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow

  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Conduct time studies and implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support

  • Develop and implement quality control measures

  • Train production staff on new processes and equipment

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

  • Experience with CAM programming for CNC machines

  • Knowledge of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes

  • Proficiency in robot programming is a plus

  • Familiarity with quantum engineering is a plus

  • Experience with welding processes is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
