Overview

Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day parking operations and administrative activities at a single site location in Battle Creek. Leads front-line staff to ensure contract requirements are met.

Essential Duties

  • Coordinate parking service activities for assigned location. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.

  • Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.

  • Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs.

  • Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.

  • Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned site.

  • Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned site.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations.

  • Analyze and supervise in a proactive manner, both the financial and the operational performance of the assigned location.

  • Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies.

  • Supervises front-line personnel assigned to the site.

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned site.

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

  • Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma.

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a service environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
