Job Overview:  

The primary function of the Service Technician is to deliver, install and pick up propane bulk tanks for home heat, temp heat and industrial applications.  Must have CDL B and obtain hazmat.  Training provided.

Primary Duties:

  • Drive necessary equipment and vehicles as required.

  • Able to run equipment including trenching machines and truck mounted cranes.

  • Submit all reports, special projects, daily paperwork and information in a timely manner.

  • Exhibit good time management.

  • Able to use handheld tablet and/or smart phone for time and equipment tracking.

  • Perform any duties as may be assigned and operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

  • Good interpersonal and Customer Service skills.  

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Follow company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.

    Qualifications/Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of position related experience.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude.

  • CDL – B with hazmat endorsement required.

  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and a 7-year criminal background check.

  • Position related certifications as needed.
