About the Role

As Second Shift Process Engineering Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and maximizing production efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

  • Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed

  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production workflow

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Previous experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong technical skills and ability to operate and maintain production equipment

  • Knowledge of process control systems and troubleshooting techniques

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
