Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project.

  • Facilitate in defining the goals and the deliverables of the project.

  • Be accountable for on time delivery of all work tasks identified and agreed to.

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements for each phase of the project.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.

  • Facilitate meetings with executive staff.

  • Ensure integration points are identified and included in project plan.

  • Plan and schedule project time lines.

  • Facilitate planning to ensure data is properly transferred to new system.

  • Provide direction and support to project team, stakeholders and executive staff.

  • Provide quality assurance.

  • Ensure change management is built into the project plan timeline and executed accordingly.

  • Regularly monitor and report on progress of the project to all identified stakeholders.

  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

  • Take corrective action if project begins to slip its schedule.

  • Be accountable for the final review with stakeholders and executive staff for approval upon completion.

  • Notify team leads of project timeliness, milestones, phases, work request target dates, and approved executables.

  • Ensure processes and activities are followed and completed in accordance with time lines.

  • Anticipate issues and proactively address them.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure

  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects involving Microsoft technologies

  • Proven experience in the implementation of Microsoft Office 365

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, OneDrive and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • PMP Certification
