AMMON Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist/Operator for immediate hire in Slaughter, Louisiana. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality standards in machining operations for a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment.

  • Position: CNC Machinist/Operator
  • Location: Slaughter, Louisiana
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate CNC machines, including machining centers, lathes, and horizontal boring mills.
    • Maintain quality and consistency in production, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
    • Keep work area clean and organized, performing maintenance on equipment as needed.
    • Follow safety protocols and quality policies strictly.
  • Required Experience/Skills:
    • 3+ years of experience in operating CNC mills, lathes, and boring mills.
    • Proficient in Fanuc G Code programming.
    • Skilled in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple setups and jobs efficiently.
