Shift 1 (United States of America) POSITION SUMMARY The Planned Maintenance (PM) Coordinator will be responsible for the development and overseeing the use and implementation of CMMS Software (Asset Essentials) at all US locations. Utilizes and provides administrative supervision of the CMMS software for locations. Work You'll Do: Implement and manage the CMMS software across the organization. Train employees on how to use the CMMS software effectively. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant assets. Ensure the CMMS system data is accurate and up to date. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance. Coordinate with different departments to understand their maintenance needs and how the CMMS can support them. Generate reports from the CMMS to help with decision-making and strategy development. Troubleshoot any issues with the CMMS software. Work with the software provider to customize the CMMS to the organization's needs. Keep up to date with new features and updates to the CMMS software. Manage the plant preventive maintenance program based on best practices from equipment suppliers and direction set forth by maintenance and engineering management. Track and report on all required Maintenance KPI's. Team: The Planned Maintenance (PM) Coordinator will report to the Sr. U.S. Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the use and implementation of CMMS Software (Asset Essentials) at all US locations. Responsibilities include the development, scheduling, execution, and auditing of planned, preventive maintenance activities. This role will require the development and execution of plans, schedules, and coordination of maintenance activities for all assets. The PM Coordinator will be responsible to ensure safe preventive maintenance practices and drives timely work order closure, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Some travel will be required for the development and implementation of the CMMS system. The PM Coordinator shall adhere to all company policies and regulations, including those related to safety and quality standards. They will collaborate with other maintenance staff, engineering teams, project managers, outside contractors, and operations leadership to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and machinery. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration. Proven experience as a PM Coordinator or similar role. Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Effective communication and people skills. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary Ability to travel up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field or 5 to 10 years of PM coordination experience in lieu of a degree provided experience in use and administration of CMMS software. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in the use of computer software for project management, inventory control, and reporting. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
