Special Touch Home Care Part-Time Registered Nurse in Batavia, Ohio
This position will serve all of Clermont County. Duties include:
- To provide nursing care In accordance with the client's plan of care to Include comprehensive health and psycho-social evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.
- Performs admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care and discharge.
- Consults with the attending physician concerning alterations of patient care plans.
- Maintains an on-going knowledge of current drug therapy.
- Submits clinical notes within seventy-two (72) hours, and progress notes and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered.
- Participates in the patient's discharge planning.
