SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE BANK TELLER EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Job Responsibilities include: • Receives & processes Real Estate & Manufactured Home tax payments as well as other county office payments • Responsible for cash transactions involving payments of taxes, fees, county pay-ins and other financial transactions entered through the Treasurer's office • Handle & balance cash drawer • Customer Service: o Answers telephone inquires o Researching issues and questions o Verifies payment of taxes for Manufactured Home Transfers and Relocations o Preparation of necessary correspondence o Main point of contact for taxpayers & residents at your respective window o Address changes o Remission of Penalty applications o Assists with cross training o Assists Delinquent Tax & Escrow Departments • Uses of applicable spreadsheets (Excel and Word) • Maintains, scans and files documents • Process payment batch files • Image checks • Prepares and enter electronic deposits • Assist with in house mailings • Other duties as required Qualification / Knowledge / Skills: • High School Education / GED • Bank Teller experience a plus • Cashiering • Customer Service Experience • Ability to maintain accurate records • Ability to use a 10 key calculator efficiently • Excel / Word Benefits: Full-Time Benefits: Clermont County offers a variety of desirable benefits to its employees which include: • Health, with Flexible Spending Account • Dental, Vision • Long Term Disability • Employee Assistance Program • Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), Deferred Compensation Plans • Vacation -- 2 weeks after 1 year, Sick Leave -- 15 days per year -- Personal Leave 8 hours per year • Holidays -- 11 paid per year • Direct Deposit; Healthy Work Environment - Clermont County provide a Smoke-Free & Drug-Free workplace
