Parksite Marketing Specialist in Batavia, Illinois

As the Marketing Product Specialist, you will play an integral part in marketing support to our building products business initiatives and growth goals for our various business units. This is an on-site position based out of Batavia, IL branch but will be highly collaborative with Product Management, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and IT Teams across our branches.

Job Description :

This role will be responsible for development, design and management of marketing materials, digital/print communications, campaigns, and other related marketing support functions for our business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and materials that support our sales efforts and improve audience communication and brand recognition

  • Work closely with business unit and product managers to align on specific campaigns and materials including purpose, audience drivers, and approval prior to distribution

  • Create content for white papers, blogs, and web pages with direct and downstream audiences with SEO in mind

  • Collaborate with email/social media specialist to create B2B email and social media campaigns along with sales rep specific emails to drive lead generation, nurture prospects and build brand recognition

  • Maintain content on corporate websites so it is relevant, up-to date, presented effectively, and optimized for lead conversion

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and present results to BU teams

  • Develop, design, and manage creative assets to align with initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:

  • Catalog and Price Books

  • Product and Color Launches

  • Invitations and Flyers

  • Sales Programs and Promotions

  • Presentations

  • Ads

  • Videos

  • Web Assets & Updates

  • Graphics and Images

  • Signage

  • Training Materials

  • Communicate with sales teams to ensure awareness of marketing programs and have the right tools for success

  • Participate in marketing and product update presentations

  • Assist in the execution of product launches, tradeshows and events

    Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years in product marketing role, preferably with building product experience

  • 2+ years experience, graphic design, content development, creative messaging, and campaign development for both B2B and B2C markets

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) required with portfolio of examples

  • WordPress, HTML, E-commerce platform, CRM, Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred

  • Ownership attitude with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be highly collaborative with other teams

  • Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills

  • Strong technical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Physical Requirements/Environment:

  • Office environment, extensive computer work, sitting for long periods of time

  • Ability to travel, if required (Less than 10%)

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
