Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for:

  • Processing and expediting customer orders and quotes via phone, fax, or email.

  • Providing assistance with technical support.

  • Supporting Quality Control with customer returns and complaints.

  • Performing routine customer service tasks.

  • Scanning customer orders and ship prints using.

  • Informing customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.

  • Checking inventory control file for available stock to fill or manufacture orders.

  • Soliciting sale of new or additional merchandise.

  • Computing price, discount and delivery date.

  • Recording special types of shipping, packing or labeling required by customer order.

  • Computing price, discount, and delivery date.

  • 1+ year experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
