Title:

  1. Instruments & controls Engineering Planning Lead

    § Deliver Instrument, Control & Electrical (ICE) maintenance/project planning and scheduling to international standard.

    § Coach and mentor local planning team

    § The planner is responsible for planning MAXIMO work order tasks by clearly identifying the work need by craft and associated equipment and material to complete the job safely and efficiently

    § Responsible for generation of high quality job plans and work pack to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and execution of work.

    § Responsible for identifying permits needed

    § Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship and effective collaboration with other planners and maintenance teams at site

    § Responsible for modifying job plans based on feedback received

    § Coordinate with sub-contractors on deliverables, update & report progress on ICE projects

    § Training and development of local planning staff

    § Coordinate with TAR planning team on development of ICE TAR maintenance scope

    § Responsible for conducting Job/Field walk-downs for drawing up the schedule

    § Track materials, spares and procurement lead time

    § Track contractor Cost, Time & Resource submissions

    § Coordinate with site execution team to prepare integrated plan and scheduling of the work orders with the required details to perform including: steps, resources, estimated time, crew size, and completion dates after approval of WR from Site Engineer.

    § Schedule System generated PM (Preventive Maintenance) work orders & assign to site Planning Engineer/Maintenance to carry out the PMR.

    § Support the ICE engineers to carry out on-going small projects and development activities by arranging resources and material.

    § Support in the development of maintenance program, task lists, plan, resource requirement and identifying BOM.

    § Conduct Week planning meeting and maintain action tracker

    § Assign responsibilities to local site planners

    § Prepare maintenance week report for manager’s review

    § Above 10 Years experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract)

    § Degree in Engineering – Preferably Electrical or Instrumentation & Control

    § Practical exposure to production facilities

    § Proficient in Planning tools – Primavera 6

    § Exposure to CMMS tools – MAXIMO & SAP

    § Proficient in Project management tools – MS Project, PowerPoint

    § Excellent communication skills

    § Evident career progression

    § Good employment track record
