Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr Technical Product Manager (ERP Applications) in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

As a Senior Technical Product Manager of ERP Applications, you will grow an organization designed to build the platform and systems that enable product teams to scale and achieve process, technical and digitization excellence. Success will require partnering with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and practices support Regeneron's overall Business and IT Strategy. In this role, you will drive business and technology enablement for functions supported by ERP team. The business areas you will represent will primarily include the full suite of Finance Services group - Financials, Tax, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and supporting Order to Cash.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Serving as the IT owner for ERP systems, partner, collaborate and develop positive relationships with business leaders to understand business needs in support of the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and major functional objectives.

  • Working with the PMO and Product Managers to Lead demand and drive the execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.

  • Preparing business requirements, integrated applications strategy, solution design documents and test plans.

  • Prioritizing projects and system enhancements with business stakeholders, articulating business impact and fitting solutions, delivered timely and within budget.

  • Ensuring and maintaining best practices Application, Integration, and Data architectures for your responsible areas and overall ERP eco-system.

  • Collaborating, planning, and overseeing work performed by other internal technology teams (e.g., infosec, network engineering, data engineering) as required for product builds and enhancements.

  • Implementing integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency; establishing and sustaining knowledge continuity through appropriate level of documentation, cross training, and vendor management for not only System Configs like (BR.100) but also Functional (MD.050) and technical specs (Md.070) including API Integrations and any data exchange with internal or external 3rd party systems.

  • Establishing governance and tight change control processes and ensure they are rigorously followed across the organization, with respect to Oracle System Configuration changes, setups, extensions and customizations, and integrations to always ensure ITGC SOX Controls. This includes all Finance related applications, external and internal.

  • Responsible to ensure that all software, platform, and SaaS including 3rd party software are up to date and patched up to mitigate any risk due to out-of-support software.

  • Maintain tight Identity and Access Controls across key and sensitive corporate systems (using RBAC / ABAC) to ensure we align with Regeneron’s Security controls and mitigate Security risks by removing excessive access rights.

This role might be for you if you have:

  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and end-to-end solution level

  • Strategy and planning: an ability to think and plan over a 12–36-month time span.

  • Experience mentoring internal teams, and 3rd party led service providers to develop and institute policies and procedures associated with application and integration design and standards

  • Experience in Global Roll out, M&A, ERP Integration and consolidation, and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc.

  • Grit, can-do attitude. Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or similar certification.

8+ plus years of dynamically increasing responsibility in IT applications with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing, supporting, and managing On-prem/Cloud ERP and integrated enterprise systems.

Must have a solid background in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Payroll, OTL, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash both for Oracle EBS 12x as well as Oracle Fusion. Proven experience in business processes and solution design, Oracle ERP Database, tech stack, Function APIs, technical architecture, Integrations, Data Conversions, Web technologies and SDLC. A solid grasp of GDPR and other international data privacy standards and regulations. Experience supporting OIC, Boomi, ODI/SOA, and/or other Integration platforms to collaborate with the integration engineering team between Oracle Applications and other systems. Contributed to systems testing and deployment processes using agile or waterfall software delivery methodologies. Must be onsite 3 days a week.

Salary Range (annually)

$129,800.00 - $211,800.00
