Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr Product Manager, ERP Applications in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

As a Senior Product Manager of ERP Applications, you will grow an organization designed to build the platform and systems that enable product teams to scale and achieve process, technical and digitalization excellence. Success will require partnering with key partners to ensure our systems and practices support Regeneron's overall Business and IT Strategy. You will support certain product distribution and order-to-cash and procurement process and technology deliverables as they relate to – and drive – complex intercompany international growth.

As a Senior Product Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Serving as the Product owner for ERP systems, partner, collaborate and develop positive relationships with business leaders to understand business needs in support of the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and major functional objectives.

  • Responsible for supporting the increasing footprint and complexity with our 3PL vendors and the Order to Cash footprint globally within the Oracle ERP solution.

  • Working with the PMO and Product Managers to Lead demand and drive the execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.

  • Preparing business requirements, functional and system requirements using your in-depth Oracle ERP systems knowledge and putting together integrated applications strategy, solution design documents and test plans.

  • Prioritizing projects and system enhancements with business partners, articulating business impact and fitting solutions, delivered timely and within budget.

  • Ensuring and maintaining standard methodologies for the Application, Integration, and Data architectures for your responsible areas and overall ERP eco-system.

  • Collaborating, planning, and overseeing work performed by other internal technology teams (e.g., infosec, network engineering, data engineering) as required for product builds and enhancements.

  • Implementing integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency; establishing and sustaining knowledge continuity through appropriate level of documentation, cross training, and vendor management for not only System Configs like (BR.100) but also Functional (MD.050) and technical specs (Md.070) including API Integrations and any data exchange with 3rd party systems.

  • Ensuring that all software, platform, and SaaS including 3rd party software are up to date and patched up to mitigate any risk due to out-of-support software.

  • Maintaining tight Identity and Access Controls across key and sensitive corporate systems (using RBAC / ABAC) to ensure we align with Regeneron’s Security controls and mitigate Security risks by removing excessive access rights.

This role might be for you if you have:

  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and end-to-end solution level.

  • Strategy and planning: an ability to think and plan over a 12–36-month time span.

  • Experience mentoring internal teams, and 3rd party led service providers to develop and institute policies and procedures associated with application and integration design and standards

  • Experience in Global Roll out, M&A, ERP Integration and consolidation, and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc.

  • Grit, can-do attitude. Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; or similar certification. 8+ plus years of dynamically increasing responsibility in IT applications with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing, supporting, and managing On-prem/Cloud ERP and integrated enterprise systems. Experience contributing or leading workstreams within international ERP system implementations (such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP). Experience in Global Roll out, M&A, ERP Integration, and consolidation, change management, and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc. Must have a solid background in business processes and data structures and APIs with several years of experience with multiple best-in-class solutions like Oracle EBS Order to Cash, Financials, EDI, VAT, Cost Mgt, Inventory, Procure to Pay/ Proven experience in business processes and solution design, function APIs, technical architecture, Integrations, Data Conversions, and SDLC. A solid grasp of GDPR and other international data privacy standards and regulations. Experience supporting OIC, Boomi, ODI/SOA and/or other Integration platforms to collaborate with integration engineering team between Oracle Applications and other systems. Experience contributing to systems testing and deployment processes using agile or waterfall software delivery methodologies. Must be onsite at least 3 days a week, nonnegotiable.

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$129,800.00 - $211,800.00
