Regeneron Pharmaceuticals IT Operations Compliance Manager in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

The ITES Compliance manager position will create governance around enterprise application usage and will continuously assess, monitor, and report on application and operating system vulnerabilities. By providing improved visibility on Software as a Service (SaaS), server, and endpoint (e.g., laptops and desktops) application usage, they will use evidence and risk-based approaches to drive compliance on application usage and improve remediation functions to minimize overall risk. They will provide guidance on IT hardware life cycle, privileged account management, in-house developed, hosted, or acquired applications to prevent, detect, and identify focus areas to drive vulnerability remediation tom minimize impacts to the enterprise. The position will communicate to IT Business stakeholders areas of operational noncompliance and target areas for improvements. In addition, identify and communicate the risks associated with unmanaged/unsupported applications and identify the need to manage applications at an enterprise level. They will leverage IT Business stakeholders’ feedback and collaborate with InfoSec to develop plans to establish policies and operationalize procedures for the management of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and applications that reside on servers, workstations, and endpoints (e.g., laptops and desktops). Based on the new policies and standards, operationalize an organizational framework to govern enterprise application usage.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the InfoSec/QA Project Management teams ensuring accurate understanding of deliverables for ITES compliance related goals and objectives: project status, risks and issues.

  • Collaborate with functional areas SME’s within IT to ensure alignment between operational functions. Analyze and validate data operational compliance data, to drive improvements and minimize operational risk.

  • Collaborate with InfoSec and Business Unit stakeholders to establish policies and procedures to manage SaaS Server applications and applications that reside on servers, workstations, and endpoints.

  • Support dashboard development and on-demand reporting for all compliance related activities (Patching, Deviations, Audits, Issue Management)

  • Update IT SOPs to ensuring they align with IT procedures and best practices.

  • Produce accurate and standardized reporting with key insights to communicate operational performance to IT leadership team

To be considered for this role, you must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field as well as 5 years of relevant experience. Required to be onsite at least 3 days onsite subject to management review.
