Technischer Hauswart (m/w) 100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die selbstständige Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Technischen Anlagen, sowie die Abarbeitung von Tickets (Kundenaufträgen)

  • Die fachliche und kompetente Bearbeitung im Bereich Instandhaltung und Hauswartung

  • Einholen von Offerten und Betreuung der Drittlieferanten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Instandhaltungsfachperson oder einem Technischen Beruf im Bereich HLKSE

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung

  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

  • Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von Störungsanalysen

  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

  • PC- Kenntnisse

  • PKW-Führerschein

  • Bereitschaft mehrere Objekte in den Regionen Bern, Aarau, Basel und Luzern zu betreuen
