Position Summary

As a Trainee Learning and development you will Work with the global L&D team, especially with the regional Snr Specialist for EMEA to contribute ideas, offer insights, and collaborate on tasks or projects.

You will be integrated into the daily work of the global Learning and Development (L&D) team focused on providing development options for staff through access to high quality, in-person, virtual, and blended learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist to identify, design, update, and contribute to delivering learning initiatives that aligns with our business strategy

  • Support and organize the L&D team through learning sessions, and meetings while developing skills and knowledge in the field

  • Be assigned specific projects, designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem

  • Support in Learning & Development administrative tasks and documentations

  • Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community meetings / events

  • Create content and communication campaigns in assistance to the L&D team

  • Measure and monitor learner progress and engagement

  • Support to identify the needs of the organization, and help to enforce / to create a learning culture that drives engagement in ongoing professional development

  • Contribute to learning content with your creativity and expertise

Minimum Requirements

  • Background in psychology, adult learning, pedagogics, sociology or human resources

  • Matriculation during the entire internship period is required / required internship by the university or school

  • Strong interest in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or related fields

  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • Ability to design, develop and deliver training content on an appropriate level

  • Fluent & proficient language skills in English, German (French is a plus)

  • Possess efficient problem-solving skills along with strong organizational abilities

  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, or documentation based on assigned projects or tasks

  • Self-driven workload management skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Experiences with LMS and e-learning administration

  • Reliability in project goal executions
