Teradyne Maintenance Technician -Direct in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines

Job Description:

  • Ensures all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance

  • First Line Support For Facilities Equipment

  • Conducts daily monitoring of Facilities Equipment

  • Conducts Minor Repair & Preventive Maintenance of Facilities Equipment

  • Work with the Facilities Team and stakeholders in project implementation

  • Facilitates Facilities On-line Request

  • Creates Facilities Purchase Request for Facilities Consumables

  • Coordinates with different electro-mechanical vendors/providers

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Vocational graduate in Electro-Mechanical or equivalent

  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-versed in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Power, Word etc...)

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized and can work with minimum supervision

  • Can work under pressure and off-hours when needed

  • Possess technical knowledge in chillers, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) equipment, electrical system, generators and experience in Building Management System (BMS).
