TEKsystems Production Control Technician - RPA Monitoring in Bartlesville, Oklahoma

Our Client is seeking a Production Control Operator/Technician who can work 5 days onsite in Bartlesville, OK. This candidate will be monitoring batch job execution using Redwoods Tidal Automation software and monitoring RPA bot execution using UiPaths Orchestrator software. Candidate will be answering questions and providing information and support to customers regarding their batch job and/or RPA bot executions as they monitor the production environment. They will also notify the appropriate support staff and customers when problems arise that might adversely impact completion of that day's scheduled jobs. Candidate may be a part of a rotating after hours on-call schedule.

Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States and have alteast a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be extremely detail oriented, work very accurately, and possess knowledge of basic PC skills (e.g. email, word processing, spreadsheets).

Must be customer oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have the ability to work well within a team environment and to work with all support levels in an organization.

Be self-directed, self-starting, and capable of independent problem solving.

Have the ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems and to multi-task and work well in a crisis mode.

Have some f amiliarity with ServiceNow.
