Your Role

Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.

  • Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.

  • Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.

  • Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.

  • Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.

  • When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.

  • Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.

  • Daily communication with KN Colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.

The schedule we offer:

Friday to Tuesday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Wednesday and Thursday) on-site

Thursday to Monday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Tuesday and Wednesday) on-site

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma.

  • Advance English level – written and oral.

  • Intermediate Excel level.

  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines.

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Team work.

  • Effective communicator.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Eager to challenges and learn a new process.
