Division Material Flow Manager is a key role within Division Supply Chain Team. The successful candidate will own the Finish Goods Strategy, the S&OP process and continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, with aim to sustainably support Customer experience and division financial performance improvements.

Job Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

· Coordinate Finish Goods Strategy review to ensure overall coherence between categories, stocking strategies and sales lead times.

· Manages sales lead times updates in systems.

· Standardization of item set-up and planning documents for all locations.

· Upskilling and development of supply chain team members.

· Own S&OP process including Demand Forecasting and Operations Planning.

· Support implementation of Corporate and Group methodologies and tools such as ePFEP, eCapacity eProcurement, KanbanBOX, etc.

· Drive supply chain improvements considering Customer Experience, Inventory, and productivity impacts.

· Coordinates Customer service improvement initiatives aligned to customer and business requirements.

· Coordinates Inventory reduction initiatives.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

· Min bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance).

· 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing industry and Supply Chain background, with experience in production control and planning processes.

· Excellent analytical thinking, planning and communication skills.

· Proven track record in driving cross-functional improvement projects and practical Lean Principles knowledge.

· Strong lateral leadership skills.

· Readiness to travel for business (approx. 25%)
