  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the lab, ensuring compliance with Test Procedures for setting up and conducting testing of Current Transformers, Bushings, and Accessories.

  • Develop test schedules to optimize capacity while satisfying customer and business requirements.

  • Manage a small Test Team and actively participate in product testing, as well as the installation of cables, voltage connectors, safety straps, and lift slings on large products.

  • Gather data and oversee the utilization of Operational Checklists and Inspection criteria to uphold quality standards.

  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, collaborating with engineers and management to fulfill objectives.

  • Strictly adhere to all essential safety protocols.
