At our facility in Bark River, MI, we design and manufacture biomass boiler systems to serve customers in the education, healthcare, government, forest products, greenhouse, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work out of our office in Bark River, MI. This is a full-time day shift position. Job Description:

  • Manage projects from the time of sale through production and preparation for shipping.
  • Continually evaluate resources to ensure continued production with minimal downtime.
  • Prepare reports on the time and cost to complete new projects
  • Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
  • Conduct regular update meetings with direct reports
  • Maintain and improve project quoting software
  • Assist with ERP software strategy & control of inventory
  • Maintain quality control by ensuring that components are built according to specifications
  • Prepare new project proposals and submittals
  • Assemble project operation manuals
  • Research and develop ways to increase company efficiency
  • Continually evaluate resources to ensure continued production with minimal downtime
  • Assist with facility improvement projects
  • Other duties as needed
