Tareas principales:

  • Contestar, registrar y tramitar todas las llamadas, peticiones, preguntas o dudas de los clientes internos y externos.

  • Procesar las solicitudes de los huéspedes.

  • Hacer un seguimiento de los huéspedes para asegurarse de que sus peticiones o problemas se han resuelto de forma satisfactoria.

  • Crear experiencias únicas para los clientes.

  • Gestión de quejas.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Experiencia previa en atención cliente de lujo.

  • Actitud positiva y personalidad extrovertida.

  • Español e inglés avanzados.
