Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.

As part of the team responsible for Markem-ImajePlanning Consolidation & Analysis, you will support the implementation of a new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software tool, leveraging the OneStream technology, at Dover Group level and Markem-Imaje level. Whislt reporting to one of the Group FP&A managers, after a period of onboarding and training on processes and technology, you will provide hands-on support during the data validation, testing and deployment of the tool. As such, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the Markem-Imaje corporate planning processes.

What you will do:

  • Support the team for testing and data validation for 1) the OneStream project – Dover project level, 2) the OneStream project – Markem-Imaje level

  • Attend specific training sessions and review materials to learn the systems and processes involved

  • Attend specific project meetings related to system design and build

  • Data preparation, performing extracts from existing systems, formatting for the new systems (Markem-Imaje Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

  • Data validation after load in the new system, comparing with existing system and expected results

  • User Acceptance Testing support: perform specific tests scripts and tasks according to test plan, monitor and escalate issues to manager and team where applicable.

  • Deployment: support the Group FP&A team during the new tool deployment phase

  • Overall support on various tasks performed by Group FP&A team during the project

    What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, pending or obtained.

  • Good analytical skills, able to understand processes and systems, and perform typical users tasks following a script or given methodology.

  • Rigor and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and rest of MS Office suite tools

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent or good command of English, knowledge of Spanish or French would be a plus
