The Production Team Member is accountable for the proper handling, inspecting, sorting and feeding of raw materials during the production process. Additionally, this position is responsible for inspecting the overall quality, proper packaging, labeling and storage or finished materials. All Production members are responsible for general housekeeping and safety of their work areas.

[Follow company policies & procedures, including guidelines/instructions set by the Production Manager]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Maintain adequate production rate for the assigned process/ area (bagging, buffings, granulating, etc.), efficient and accurate ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ongoing general housekeeping of work area]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[General working knowledge of processing & production equipment (buffings, bagging, granulating, etc.)]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Sort raw material for contaminants and sizing and quality control, which may require physical moving of material]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[General knowledge of raw material including proper identification & use]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Consistent physical activity, including but not limited to standing for extended periods of time, lifting/carrying 55 pounds, bending, squatting or other physical requirements ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Identify and recognize finished product sizing]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[May be required to operate a forklift and other applicable equipment and machinery according to safety and training guidelines]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
