At CESO, a Designer is responsible for a wide variety of tasks under the direction of leadership. You will have primary responsibilities that include: Perform basic design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports and construction drawings Assist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM) Convert and digitize electronic files into useable CAD files Prepare all drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD/BIM standards Perform redline mark ups as directed by others Collect data and gather information or documents for architectural projects Assist with preparation of permit submittal documents and applications Support architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects Learn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projects Perform other project duties as assigned Position requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; or in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of related experience and/or training Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photo Editing Software, Newforma and Microsoft Office Suite CESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
