Our client, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This role offers flexibility with remote work options, with the possibility of working one night every two weeks until 7 pm. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks such as volunteer programs, engagement initiatives, handling communications during hiring and termination processes, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with miscellaneous HR tasks including volunteer programs, engagement initiatives, and handling communications during hiring and termination processes.

  • Support the orientation process for new hires.

  • Partner with local organizations, post flyers, and attend schools and universities to increase application pipelines.

  • Schedule and attend job fairs to promote our company and attract top talent.

  • Develop an Employee Value Proposition to understand our business offerings and attract potential candidates.

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner (HRBP) to implement local initiatives and execute regional and corporate programs.

  • Support recruitment and staffing plans by assisting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition.

  • Maintain HR systems and assist with payroll-related activities.

  • Drive an inclusive and diverse culture within the organization.

  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
